Product Returns:
Returns are accepted only for unopened and undamaged products.
Customers must report any damage within 2 days of receipt, including the quantity of damaged items, and provide supporting evidence.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Delivery Orders:
Returns are not accepted after 15 days from the purchase date.
A 30% restocking fee applies to returned floorboards.
Custom or pre-ordered items (e.g., accessories, special products) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Supply Orders:
Full payment is due by the agreed delivery date.
A 5% cancellation fee will be charged for canceled orders.
Supply and Installation Work:
An 80% deposit is required to secure the order.
The remaining balance is due within 48 hours after completion.
A 6% late fee will be applied monthly to overdue accounts.
Installation Services:
The subfloor condition may not be fully determined before installation.
Additional installation services (e.g., floor preparation, handling high humidity) will be charged separately as needed.
Items not included in the original quotation are subject to additional charges.
